Viewing Purchases
Go to your profile dropdown and click Purchases to open your order history. You’ll see three tabs at the top: Purchases, Completed, and Cancelled Purchases.

Order Details
Each order card shows the item photo, title, price, shipping address, purchase date, and total. You’ll also see a progress bar showing where the order is in the shipping process.

Tracking Orders
Orders move through these stages:
Seller to ship
Label created
Shipped
Out for delivery
Delivered
Tracking updates automatically when the seller ships or creates a label.
Canceling a Purchase
You can cancel an order until the seller ships it. Select Cancel Purchase from the order card.

Once the seller ships, the cancel option disappears.
Messaging the Seller
If you need to ask about your order, click Message Seller directly from the purchase card.

Viewing the Listing and Invoice
Use View Listing to return to the product page. For a receipt, click View Invoice inside purchase details.

Completed Purchases
Delivered orders appear under Completed, so you can reference them later for warranty claims or to check past buys.
Cancelled Purchases
Any order you cancel before shipment will show in Cancelled Purchases, along with refund confirmation once processed.
