No Movement After Label Created
If the tracking shows “Label Created” but no scans:
Wait up to 3 business days after purchase.
If there’s still no movement, message the seller from the Purchases page.
If the order hasn’t moved by day 7, contact Reflexed for help or a refund.

In Transit but Delayed
Packages sometimes get stuck at carrier hubs.
Wait until 2 business days past the estimated delivery date.
If still no update, message the seller. They can file a trace with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
If the carrier cannot locate the package after the trace window, Reflexed will step in.

Marked Delivered, But Not Received
If tracking says delivered but you don’t have the package:
Check around your property, mailbox, or building mailroom.
Ask neighbors or household members.
Wait 24 hours in case of late scans.
If still missing, report it to Reflexed within 72 hours of the delivery scan.
For orders $750 or more, sellers are required to ship with signature confirmation. If there’s no valid signature, you’re covered by Reflexed Buyer Guarantee.

Confirmed Lost or Misdelivered
If the carrier confirms the package is lost or misdelivered:
Reflexed will refund you in full under the Buyer Guarantee.
The seller can pursue the carrier insurance claim separately.
