Before you buy

  • Check that the listing ships to your country.

  • Use the estimated delivery date for timing. International transit can include export, customs, and local carrier handoffs.

  • Do not use freight-forwarder addresses. Packages forwarded outside the original address are not covered by the Buyer Guarantee.

  • Orders $750+ require signature on delivery.

Checkout and address

  • Select your country and enter a complete name, street, city, postal code, and phone number. Use standard Latin characters.

  • Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Choose a physical address when possible.

Tracking and status

  • Tracking shows export scans, international hub processing, and local carrier updates.

  • Expect handoffs between carriers. If you do not see movement, check again within 24–48 hours.

  • You can view tracking any time from Purchases.

If something goes wrong

  • Not as described or damaged: report within 7 days of delivery from Purchases → Report a problem. Add photos or video.

  • Marked delivered but not received: report within 72 hours of the delivery scan after checking neighbors and mailroom.

  • Never arrived: eligible 14 days after the estimated delivery date if still undelivered.

Returns across borders

  • Approved not as described, damaged, or counterfeit returns: we provide instructions and a return label when applicable. Seller pays return shipping on approved cases.

  • Preference returns are only available if the seller allows them. Buyer pays return shipping and must follow the seller’s stated window.

  • Ship the return by the deadline shown in your case. International returns take longer to scan and process.

Items with shipping limits

  • Some goods have international restrictions, for example loose lithium batteries, aerosols, and flammables. If a listing cannot legally ship to your country, do not purchase. See Prohibited Items for details.

Quick tips

  • Use tracked services and keep packaging until delivery is confirmed.

  • Signature is required at $750+.

  • Keep communication on Reflexed through Purchases for full coverage.
