Step 1 — Go to Sell
Open Reflexed and click Sell → What are you selling?
Use Search gear… to find your exact model.
If it’s not in the catalog, click Add manually and enter brand, model, and category.
Tips
Pick the precise model/variant to surface the right specs and buyer filters.
If you’re listing a kit, select the body + lens kit or list the lens separately and reference it in the description.
Step 2 — (Optional but recommended for digital bodies) Add the Verified badge
Reflexed can confirm a body’s identity from a single RAW shot.
How it works (≈1–2 minutes)
Click Start with Verification to generate a one-time 5-word phrase (timer shows ~3 minutes).
Photograph that phrase as a RAW with the camera you’re selling.
Upload the unedited RAW (accepted: CR3, ARW, NEF, RAF, RW2, ORF, DNG).
Reflexed parses MakerNotes to read model, serial, and shutter count (when the brand exposes it).
Confirm and the listing earns a Verified badge; the verification is bound to this single item.
Do / Don’t
Do upload the original RAW directly from card/computer; keep the phrase clearly readable.
Don’t crop, convert, or route files through apps/cloud tools that can re-encode or strip EXIF/MakerNotes.
Notes: Coverage varies by brand/model; many Nikon, Pentax, and Sony bodies expose counts; several Canon R-series do; Panasonic/OM System typically don’t expose counts but identity still verifies. See the support matrix on the RAW Verification page.
Step 3 — Add Photos & Description
Photos: Add at least four clear images:

Close-ups that show wear/condition
Accessories/box (if included)
Condition type: Choose the grade that matches real-world wear and performance.
Title/Description: Keep it specific—include exact model/variant, shutter count (if known), firmware, included accessories, and any defects or service history. Reflexed requires truthful, not-misleading listings with all material defects disclosed.
Photography tips
Shoot on a neutral surface with diffuse light.
Fill the frame; avoid heavy filters.
Capture serials (masked on public pages if verified).
Step 4 — Set Pricing & Offers
Enter your price.
Toggle Accept offers if you want negotiation and set:
Auto-decline under: the lowest offer you’ll consider.
Auto-accept at/above: the offer you’ll take automatically.
Review the fee box for your live fee breakdown and estimated earnings.
About fees & payout timing
Platform fee: 6.5% on the first $600 of the order subtotal, then 5% above $600. Pro Store and high-volume tiers have reduced/custom rates.
Payment processing (Stripe): 3.25% + $0.50 per transaction (base pricing).
First payout: available 2 days after delivery for the initial sale. After that, balance is typically available once valid tracking shows the package in transit. The fees page is canonical; always defer to what you see at list/checkout.
Step 5 — Enter Shipping
Ship-from: Add your address (save it for future use).
Package details: Choose a preset (e.g., Compact Camera, DSLR Body, Camera + Lens Kit) or enter custom dimensions.
Carriers: Select at least one (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL for international).
Optional toggles:
Offer free shipping (you pay the label).
Ship internationally (if allowed for your account).
Standards & protection to keep in mind
Ship within 3 business days and upload valid tracking.
Signature confirmation is required on orders ≥ $750 (item + shipping + tax).
Pack securely and keep photos of the packed item and label; these are required for protection if something goes wrong.
Step 6 — Review and Publish Listing
Confirm details (model, condition, photos, price, shipping).
Agree to the Terms and Seller obligations.
Click Publish Listing.
Once live, manage messages and offers in your order/messages panel. When an order is placed, you’re in a binding contract to fulfill.
After it sells: shipping → payout
Buy the label in-app, ship on time, and keep tracking/messages inside Reflexed.
U.S. Seller Protection applies when all eligibility rules are met (sold on Reflexed, Reflexed label, shipped within 3 days to the order address; signature + packing photos at ≥ $750). Coverage is up to $300 per order; see full limits/exclusions in policy.
Payout timing is as noted on the fees page (first payout 2 days after delivery; after that, available once valid tracking shows in transit).
FAQ
Who can sell on Reflexed right now?
U.S. residents 18+; services are offered to U.S. addresses at launch.
Is the Verified badge available for film cameras?
No. Verification is RAW-based, so it applies to digital bodies. Film cameras can still be listed normally without the badge.
What if my RAW won’t verify?
Re-shoot the phrase as a RAW and upload the unedited file directly (don’t crop/convert or send through apps/cloud tools). Ensure the phrase is readable.

What protects me if something goes wrong in transit or with payment?
